Installation

Fitness Freak is a free WordPress theme hosted on WordPress.org. You can install it from inside your dashboard, or by uploading the ZIP.

  1. Go to Appearance → Themes → Add New.
  2. Search for Fitness Freak.
  3. Click Install, then Activate.

Installing this way means WordPress will notify you automatically when a new version is released.

By uploading the ZIP

  1. Download the theme from wordpress.org/themes/fitness-freak/.
  2. Go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
  3. Choose fitness-freak.zip and click Install Now, then Activate.

By FTP

  1. Unzip fitness-freak.zip.
  2. Upload the resulting fitness-freak folder to /wp-content/themes/.
  3. Do not rename the folder — WordPress matches it to the theme.
  4. Activate under Appearance → Themes.

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.4 or later (tested up to 7.0)
  • PHP 7.4 or later

Fitness Freak 1.2 is free software under the GNU GPL. There is no licence key, no activation step, and no limit on the number of sites you install it on.
