Create menus under Appearance → Menus. If you do not assign a menu, the theme falls back to listing your pages automatically — useful on a new site, but you will want a real menu before launch.

Fitness Freak supports FontAwesome icons directly in menu labels — add the icon class to a menu item’s CSS classes field and the theme will render the icon alongside the text. The homepage itself is built with the SiteOrigin page builder.

The theme includes page templates for different layouts:

  • Default — content with the sidebar on the right.
  • Left Sidebar — sidebar on the left.
  • Full Width — no sidebar.
  • Full Width — the designed homepage.

Set these in the Page Attributes → Template box when editing a page.
