When something looks wrong, here’s where to look first.
Skin selector shows everything as locked
This means MyWiki Pro doesn’t see an active license. Visit Appearance u2192 MyWiki Pro License and re-activate. Check that the license key matches what was emailed at purchase.
Customizer changes don’t appear on the live site
Clear your site’s cache. Most hosts run page caching at the edge u2014 your CDN may be serving an older version. Also try a hard refresh in your browser (u2318 Shift R on Mac, Ctrl Shift R on Windows).
Command-K modal doesn’t open
Two things to check. First: in Customize u2192 Search, make sure Search type is set to Modal (Command-K). Second: open browser console and look for JavaScript errors. A conflicting plugin can break the modal’s keyboard listener.
Fonts don’t load on the front-end
MyWiki Pro loads Google Fonts via the standard fonts.googleapis.com URL. If your site has a Content Security Policy, allow that domain. If you’re behind a strict firewall, the fonts will fall back to system serif/sans u2014 readable but not the intended look.
Demo content didn’t import / partially imported
The importer logs to wp-content/debug.log when WP_DEBUG is on. Enable debug, retry, then check the log for the specific failure. Most often it’s a permissions issue on the uploads folder.
